As Chief Operating Office for Richard J. Lee Consulting, Laura is responsible for acquiring and building customer relationships, delivering Leveraging Impact® and overseeing talent, processes and systems to scale the business.
Laura has over 25 years of Talent Development experience with expertise in leadership and professional development, executive assessment and coaching, succession and hi potential development, performance, change leadership and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Richard J. Lee Consulting, Laura held various Executive roles at high tech companies as well as retail. At Sun Microsystems, Laura was responsible for leading SunU (Sun’s corporate university) – an 80 person, $50M learning organization providing approximately 5,000 classes a year in management, professional, sales and technical training and over 100 e-learning products. In addition, she was the Head of Executive Development at Gap Inc. and most recently led Leadership and Talent Development at Synaptics and NetApp. In these roles she was responsible for building leadership and organization capability to drive business results.
Laura is an expert facilitator, coach, talent strategist and process designer with international business experience having lived in the UK and worked throughout Europe and Asia.
